北京华夏钜星质量认证有限公司（HJC）经IAS（International Accreditation Service，简称IAS）的评审，符合ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015、ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017、ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016和ISO/IEC 17021-10:2018的要求，于2024年6月20日批准授予认可资格，准予在获准认可的质量管理体系、环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系认证机构认可分项认可制度范围内宣传认可状态和使用IAS认可标识及IAF国际互认联合标识。BEIJING HUAXIA JUXING QUALITY CERTIFICATION CO., LTD. (HJC) has been evaluated by the International Accreditation Service (IAS), and found to comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017, ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016, and ISO/IEC 17021-10:2018. On June 20, 2024, HJC was granted accreditation approval. It is authorized to publicly announce its accreditation status and use the IAS Accreditation Symbol, as well as the IAF/IAS COMBINED MARKS, within the accredited scopes covering Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&SMS).
根据HJC《认证证书、认证标志、徽标和认可标识使用控制程序》规定，HJC将为符合认证要求的获证客户换发带有IAS认可标识和IAF国际互认联合标识的认证证书。为符合认证要求的获证组织换发带有IAS和IAF标志认证证书，自2024年6月21日起，HJC颁发的所有带认可标志的证书除了在中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会官方网站(https://www.cnca.gov.cn) 上公示外，HJC在每月 5日前，将上月所有颁发的带认可标志的证书上传至IAF 全球统一数据库(https://www.iafcertsearch.org)以供查询。According to the HJC<Control Procedure for the Use of Certification Certificates, Certification Marks, Logos, and Accreditation Identification Symbols>,HJC will transition to certificates bearing the IAS Accreditation Symbol and IAF/IAS COMBINED MARKS to certified clients who meet the certification requirements.Starting from June 21, 2024, all certificates issued by HJC bearing accreditation marks will not only be publicly disclosed on the official website of CNCA(https://www.cnca.gov.cn) ,but will also be uploaded by HJC to the IAF Global Unified Database (IAF CertSearch) (https://www.iafcertsearch.org) by the 5th of each month for the preceding month’s issued certificates. This ensures global accessibility and verification.
现将有关换发认证证书事项通知如下This notice hereby informs the relevant matters concerning the Transition to certificates as follows:
一、换证对象ntities Subject to Certificate Transition：
由HJC颁发了在《获得IAS认可的业务范围》范围内的质量管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系认证证书且认证证书处于有效状态的客户。Clients that have been issued valid certification certificates by HJC for Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&SMS) within the scope defined in the "SCOPE OF ACCREDITATION".
二、换证时间及方式Certificate Transition Scheduleand Procedure：
方式 1：从2024年6月21日起，结合最近一次监督审核或再认证审核进行，由审核组长在完成现场审核后，得出推荐认证注册和保持认证注册结论，经HJC技术部评定可颁发带IAS认可标识及IAF国际互认联合标识的证书。From June 21, 2024, the reissuance will be conducted in conjunction with the most recent surveillance audit or Recertification audit. Upon completion of the on-site audit, the lead auditor will submit a recommendation for certification registration or continued certification. After review and approval by the HJC Technical Department, certificates bearing the the IAS Accreditation Symbol and the IAF/IAS COMBINED MARKS will be issued.
方式 2：从2024年7月1日起，对于已实施审核但未发证的获证客户可接受获证客户的换证申请工作。经HJC运营部和技术部联合评定，采用综合评定和/或补充现场审核等方式，合格后，可颁发带IAS认可标识及IAF国际互认联合标识的证书。From July 1, 2024, certified clients that have undergone audits but have not yet received their certificates may submit transition applications. The HJC Operations Department and Technical Department will conduct a joint review, which may include a comprehensive evaluation and/or supplemental on-site audits. Upon successful assessment, certificates bearing the the IAS Accreditation Symbol and the IAF/IAS COMBINED MARKS will be issued.
