In order to promptly and effectively handle all kinds of appeals, complaints and disputes related to certification from various parties, and ensure the fairness, impartiality and effectiveness of the handling of appeals, complaints and disputes. HJC has formulated procedures applicable to organizations and individuals related to all HJC certification services, as well as the certification business, for handling appeals, complaints and disputes (including appeals and complaints made by the certification-awarded organizations on HJC, and complaints made by relevant parties against the certification-awarded organizations). 1.任何对于争议的处理持有不同意见的HJC客户,或对HJC认证服务不满意的,可以向HJC提出申诉或投诉。Any HJC customer who has different opinions on the handling of disputes, or who is dissatisfied with the HJC certification services, can submit an appeal or complaint to HJC
2.申诉、投诉和争议可采用口头或书面形式陈述事件细节。申诉/投诉/争议人可向HJC客户经理口头陈述事件细节,或提交《申诉、投诉和争议受理单》及相关说明(或证明)材料,材料需经申诉人签名、加盖公章,并注明联系方式。Appeals, complaints and disputes can be presented in either oral or written form to detail the events. The person making the appeal/complaint/dispute can verbally present the details of the event to the HJC customer manager, or submit the "Appeals, Complaints and Disputes Resolution Form" along with relevant explanations (or proofs). The materials must be signed by the appellant, stamped with the company seal, and indicate the contact information.
3.申诉/投诉/争议信息,经调查后,我们会第一时间向您反馈。Upon receiving your information regarding the appeal/complaint/dispute, we will conduct an investigation and provide you with feedback at the earliest opportunity.
