HJC successfully passed the CNAS Surveillance Assessment 1 for the year 2025.
2026年1月12日至1月15日,中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)委派评审组三位评审老师莅临北京华夏钜星质量认证有限公司(以下简称HJC),对HJC进行了质量管理体系(QMS)、环境管理体系(EMS)、职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS)三领域2025年度CNAS监督办公室评审。此次评审共3.5天。本次评审工作得到公司领导层的高度重视,公司牵头组织运营部、技术部、综合部等认证活动相关部门及岗位人员全程参与,全力配合评审工作。
评审期间,评审组严格依据CNAS-CC01,CNAS-CC131,CNAS-CC105,CNAS-CC14,CNAS-CC12,CNAS-R02,CNAS-RC03,CNAS-SC125,CNAS-CC125,CNAS-CC106,CNAS-RC05:,CNAS-RC04,CNAS-R01,CNAS-CC11,CNASRC01,CNAS-CC121,CNAS-RC07,CNAS-RC02,CNAS-R03等多项认可规范及相关技术要求,结合HJC最新管理手册及相关认证管理文件制度,通过现场询问、档案查阅等方式,对公司能力分析和评价系统、认可业务范围管理、认证人员管理、认证审核过程管理等核心工作进行了全面、细致的评审。审核范围覆盖管理按照CNAS 认可规范要求,有效运行和持续改进质量管理体系。
CNAS评审组老师们对HJC认证过程管理的规范性和有效性给予了肯定,同时针对HJC认证过程管理工作提出了宝贵的改进建议,为HJC进一步的改进提升管理体系指明了方向。经评审组严谨细致的综合评审,最终一致认定:HJC基本能够按照CNAS认可规范要求持续保持和有效运作所建立的管理体系,且基本具备已认可的业务范围内的管理能力和审核能力。HJC按照程序要求实施了内审和管理评审,并对不符合采取了纠正措施,HJC建立的自我完善机制基本能够有效运行。评审组建议:保持QMS/EMS/OHSMS专项认可制度的认可资格,各领域推荐认可范围保持原范围不变。

From January 12 to January 15, 2026, a three-member review team appointed by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) paid a visit to Beijing Huaxia Juxing Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HJC) to conduct the 2025 annual CNAS surveillance office review covering three domains, namely the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). The review lasted for 3.5 days in total.
This review work received high attention from the company's leadership. HJC took the lead in organizing relevant departments and personnel involved in certification activities, including the Operation Department, Technology Department, and General Affairs Department, to participate throughout the process and provide full cooperation for the review.
During the review period, the CNAS review team strictly complied with multiple accreditation standards and relevant technical requirements such as CNAS-CC01, CNAS-CC131, CNAS-CC105, CNAS-CC14, CNAS-CC12, CNAS-R02, CNAS-RC03, CNAS-SC125, CNAS-CC125, CNAS-CC106, CNAS-RC05, CNAS-RC04, CNAS-R01, CNAS-CC11, CNAS-RC01, CNAS-CC121, CNAS-RC07, CNAS-RC02 and CNAS-R03. Combined with HJC's latest management manual and relevant certification management documents and systems, the team conducted a comprehensive and detailed review on the company's core work, including the competence analysis and evaluation system, accredited business scope management, certification personnel management, and certification audit process management, by means of on-site interviews and document inspection. The scope of the review covered the effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with CNAS accreditation standards.
The CNAS review team affirmed the standardization and effectiveness of HJC's certification process management, and put forward valuable improvement suggestions for HJC's certification process management work, pointing out the direction for HJC to further improve and enhance its management system.
After rigorous and comprehensive review, the review team unanimously concluded that: HJC is basically capable of continuously maintaining and effectively operating the established management system in accordance with CNAS accreditation standards, and basically possesses the management competence and audit competence within the accredited business scope. HJC has carried out internal audits and management reviews in accordance with procedural requirements, and taken corrective measures for non-conformities. The self-improvement mechanism established by HJC is basically able to operate effectively. The review team recommended that the accreditation qualifications for the QMS/EMS/OHSMS specific accreditation systems be maintained, and the recommended accreditation scope for each domain remain unchanged as the original one.
At the closing meeting, the General Manager and Management Representative of HJC expressed sincere gratitude to the review team for their rigorous work style and professional review. In addition, HJC also successfully passed the 2025 annual post-accreditation surveillance review organized by CNAS.
The successful passing of this CNAS surveillance review is not only a reaffirmation of HJC's daily compliance management and professional technical capabilities, but also lays a solid foundation for the sustained and healthy development of the company's certification business and the steady improvement of its credibility in the industry.
