A comprehensive training system featuring "Plan Publicity & Implementation + Special Interpretation + Assessment & Verification" was constructed for the session.At the outset of the training, the company’s General Manager took the lead in delivering a presentation on the Implementation Plan for ES Certification Rules and a special training on the newly revised Quality Management System Certification Rules. She systematically interpreted the formulation background, core changes, impacts on certified clients and suggested response strategies of the newly revised QMS certification rules, and also introduced HJC’s supporting implementation plan. She emphasized that the implementation of the newly revised management system rules is an inevitable requirement for the standardized development of the certification and accreditation industry. HJC’s implementation plan sets four core objectives of "Smooth Transition, Compliant Operation, Capacity Enhancement and Risk Control", clarifies the division of responsibilities among the Technical Department, Operation Department, General Affairs Department and other relevant departments, and specifies the time nodes and implementation measures for key work such as system document revision, personnel competence evaluation, client communication and certificate version upgrade. The training clarified hard-and-fast rules such as the requirement that an auditor’s on-site audit hours shall not exceed 180 days in a certification cycle year, and that a certification application must meet the criteria of legal subject qualification and a minimum of three months of actual system operation. It also emphasized key audit links including coverage of multi-shift production, compliant sampling across multiple sites, and the audit of the top management’s leadership role, and specified the applicable circumstances for certificate suspension, revocation and cancellation as well as requirements for the retention of certification records.
